incorporated company and a wholly owned subsidiary
of Totalis Capital, Singapore.

Through our network of partners and suppliers, we provide an
international platform to connect growers and buyers across borders.

Totalis Capital Inc, a private equity company, incorporated in Seychelles.

Main office is based in Singapore, and a partner network is established in New York, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Established Sino Eco-Agriculture Pte Ltd, an agri-food distribution and trading company.

Sino Eco-Agriculture Pte Ltd established a direct procurement relationship with various suppliers in countries such as Thailand, Japan, Australia, Indonesia and Italy.

Partner network is established in Shanghai, Bangkok, and Hokkaido.
